High Flyers
It is our belief that every child can be a high flyer. In fact, many already are, it is just that they just don’t know it yet!
High Flyers aims to strike a good balance between school, family and self. A*s in school come naturally when we strive for A*s in life. It is through striving to nurture curiosity and engagement that our children come to understand and appreciate the important things around them, as well as learn to self-motivate to reach the stars!
This program is aimed at getting every child to discover and celebrate the high flyer within. Kids will experience new ways of learning and thinking, as well as hone the essential skills needed to pilot themselves through school and life effectively.
It targets to offer participants a set of accelerated study techniques that they can effectively apply to academia as well as modify for future academic purposes. This program also offers a platform for participants to discover their passion and purpose in life and align themselves with regard to their study plans, their career path and life pursuits. Finally, this program enables participants to appreciate who they are, who they were born to be, where they come from, and to take the first necessary steps towards becoming purpose driven participants.
This program has three core components:
1. Accelerated Learning Techniques
This component equips kids with the knowledge of their individual learner type, and provides them with essential study tools and techniques to make learning easier and more effective. It includes memory techniques, note-making, creative and critical thinking, and examination strategies.
2. Path Finder
In Path Finders, kids will learn about the powerful beliefs and goals they need to adopt and learn ways to break old patterns. They will come to examine their own place in this world and through that discover their purpose and passions in life, aligning them for powerful results.
3. Self- Awareness
It is our vision to help nurture engaged kids; those who are aware of who they are and where they belong. We speak of character- who we are when no one is watching; and conviction- who we are when the world is watching. A critical component of this segment is that participants learn to appreciate the people who matter most to them: their family, teachers, and friends. |
