Leadership Development

Leadership requires strategic thinking in addition to technical knowledge, a tolerance for ambiguity, and the ability to communicate persuasively. Leaders share responsibility and recognition while empowering others to develop their unique talents and capabilities.

As such, we are committed towards the twin thrusts of personal and leadership mastery.

Personal Mastery allows individuals to learn how to expand his personal capacity to attain the results they most desire, and create an environment which encourages the community they are in to develop themselves towards their goals and discovery and fulfillment of their life purposes. Working with personal mastery means entering the realm of matters of the heart; it means developing a personal vision that taps into the well of hope and aspiration, including the longing to serve something greater than oneself.

At Eka, we subscribe to the five tenants of The Leadership Challenge where we share- via structured experiences and interactive hands-on modeling segments- the five principles of leadership: that leaders model the way, inspire a shared vision, challenge the process, enable others to act and finally encourage the heart. Participants will experience each “tenant” separately as well as a collective whole before they are further integrated towards the end of their learning journey.

We are an approved YLDG vendor of the National Youth Council (NYC), hence up to 70% of program fees is subsidized by NYC.
