Workplan Review/Facilitation

 

No management committee can plan strategically until it has learned to think strategically, every day, at every level, and with regard to every aspect of the organization.

This program focuses on using the Value Innovation paradigm to facilitate the client’s workplan and/or strategy formulation. Participants will be systematically led through the concept of Value Innovation, and learn the skills required to apply to the identification of client groups, partners, the market environment, and internal and external challenges. Existing programs and plans will be evaluated in terms of the effectiveness, engagement and sustainability using value curve analysis, followed by SWOT and ERRC analysis pertaining to the advancement of workplans and to establish the next step forward.

Our consultant will lead participants through a step-by-step application of the strategic-planning tools learned and assist the team in identification of priority areas, targets and key milestones.
