As part of our efforts to assist schools in dealing with self-esteem and personal change, Kimberly-Clark (Singapore), in collaboration with Eka Training has developed a series of school outreach workshops especially for female students going through changes in their body due to puberty. In this program, girls learn more about their bodies and the changes they are going through such as menstruation, hair and breasts growth, pimples, and so forth.
Each workshop lasts for 1 hr and is open to all Secondary 1 female students. I Know is fully subsidized by Kimberly-Clark as part of their school outreach program.
